How do I rotate my admin API key?

Open the dashboard, go to API keys, click "Create key", copy the new value (shown once), and revoke the old one. Server SDKs accept the new key on the next request — no downtime.

What's the SLA on a Pro plan?

Pro is email support with a one-business-day response target and no formal uptime SLA. Business carries a 99.9% uptime SLA with a priority queue and Slack channel; Enterprise is 99.99% with on-call escalation and a named SE.

Can I use Root Herald without sending PII?

Yes. That's the default: attestation tokens are anonymous device assertions; we never see usernames, emails, or content. You join them to a user identity on your side.

Why is my Free tier returning 429?

Free is capped hard at 10,000 attestations per calendar month. Upgrade to Pro for 250K + overage, or wait for the next month rollover.

Does the browser extension work in Firefox?

Today: Chromium-only (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc). Firefox is on the roadmap; open a thread on /community if you'd like it sooner.

Is my tenant slug case-sensitive?

Slugs are lowercase-only. The signup form auto-lowercases as you type and the server rejects uppercase explicitly.

Can I export my audit log?

Yes. Every tenant has /api/v1/admin/audit-log with cursor pagination. Business and Enterprise also get S3-pushed daily exports.

Where do I report a security issue?

security@rootherald.io for coordinated disclosure. PGP key fingerprint on /security. We respond within 24 hours.
